Pueraria Mirifica : Capsules
Take one capsule 3 times per day after each meal. One box contains 100 capsules,
so with one box you can have one month treatment.
The scientific studies on the Pueraria Mirifica show that it is necessary to have a minimum
treatment of three months to get results seen, so 3 boxes should ordered.
Pueraria Mirifica : Cream
Take a little quantity of cream in your hands, then apply a massage on the first breast for
around 10 minutes, the cream must penetrate your breast completely. Do the same for the
second breast.
You can use the cream alone or as a complement of the Pueraria Mirifca capsules to increase

Precaution about Pueraria Mirifica
Shoul not be be used by women who have cysts, tumors, breast or uterus cancer;
women during pregnancy or breastfeeding mothers.
The Pueraria Mirifica must be stopped 2 days before and during your periods.
The simultaneous taking may reduce or stop your periods.
